An easy early Christmas decor for you guys that looks both intricate and exudes a vintage vibe. The best thing about this project is that it is recycled. :)
1. Old soft cover books
2. Glue
3. Glitters
Get your book. The older, the better. Choose one that is at least 150 pages.
I'm using my old books from college for this project.
Remove the soft cover of your book.
Lay your book on a flat surface.
Start by bringing the upper right corner of a page to the left, creating a 90-degree angle.
Fold the page into a 45-degree angle, aligning the diagonal and vertical sides.
At the bottom of the page, make a crease by pressing your thumb and index finger onto the edge.
Open up the page as seen and fold the small triangle at the bottom.
Now you have folded you're first page. 149 more to go! :)
Once you get the hang of it, you'll be able to fold the pages faster.
Done! Now, it's time to decorate.
To add sparkle, apply glue using a brush then sprinkle with glitters.
You can also leave it as is and display.
Here's how I displayed mine :)
