Cherry Blossom Crown

It's every fashion blogger must have, a style statement, a romantic fairytale accessory perfect for spring or summer.  Though I definitely don't consider myself a fashion blogger, I thought it would be fun to make this crown.  Floral crowns remind me of fairies, elves, and forest nymphs.
It also exudes a whimsical, care-free, bohemian chic vibe.
Here's a step-by-step tutorial if you like to make one
for yourself or for your little girls :)
Cherry Blossom Crown

You will need the following materials:
1.  Pliers or scissors
2.  Coated wire/floral wire/twisting wire
3.  Faux flowers with wire stems
Cherry Blossom CrownLet's begin!  First, get your faux flowers.  I got mine from a local store which only costs 45 php ($1).  I chose this one because the flowers are the perfect size, not too big and not too small.  I love the color too.  Start by cutting the stems of your faux flowers.

Next, you will need to measure your head's circumference.  You can just eyeball it or use a measuring tape to get the exact measurement.  Start forming your branches into a circle the same size as your measurement.  You might have to bend the wire several times to make it more flexible and easier to form.

Once you are done bending your stems, secure the stems together using coated wire.  I used four main stems in total for my crown, but because some portions look scant and almost bare, I added some small stems to make it look fuller.

Here's my finished product! I love how it turned out.  The color is so vibrant and girly.  I suggest you use the same color of wire as the stem to make the wires blend seamlessly.  I only have green and gold wire available at the time I made this project and I chose the green one to make it look more natural and organic.

Now it's time to wear your crown!  Unleash your inner fairy princess by wearing this.
Perfect for boho and fairytale weddings and Instagram photos!
I'd also love to see this worn by those cute little flower girls :)

    1. thanks sis! try mo sa national bookstore, sa crafting section or look for christmas ornament ribbons, wired yung gilid nun, you can cut those up and use those, or if wala talaga, you can use matching color ng crochet thread or fishing wire para "invisible" pero mejo mahirap imanipulate yung las two options :(
